NetworkPlus is seeking a Claims Officer to join our Claims & Insurance team within Legal Services. You will manage a portfolio of Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims from initial notification through to resolution, ensuring fair, efficient handling in line with company procedures and regulations.

You will work closely with insurers, brokers, solicitors, loss adjusters and internal stakeholders to drive claims to a timely conclusion while delivering excellent customer

Job description

We are looking for a Claims Officer to join our Claims & Insurance team within Legal Services. You will be responsible for (handling) a portfolio of Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims from initial notification through to resolution, ensuring claims are handled fairly, efficiently, and in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with insurers, brokers, solicitors, loss adjusters, and internal stakeholders to drive claims to a timely conclusion while delivering excellent customer service throughout the process. This is a fast-paced role requiring the ability to manage a large and varied caseload, meet demanding deadlines, and balance competing priorities effectively.
