Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Claims Officer to join the Legal Services team in Worsley. You will manage EL and PL claims from notification to resolution, ensuring fair handling in line with procedures and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with insurers, brokers, solicitors, loss adjusters, and internal teams to deliver timely outcomes with excellent customer service. A fast-paced caseload requires strong prioritisation and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to liaise with clients, insurers, brokers and solicitors.
• Strong organisational skills to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a conscientious approach to work.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of Employer’s Liability and Public Liability claims from inception to settlement.
• Liaise with claimants, insurers, brokers, clients, solicitors and loss adjusters to progress claims.
• Gather, review, and analyse evidence to support investigations and liability assessments.
• Maintain accurate claim records and ensure actions are documented.
