Search Consultancy LTD in Newcastle upon Tyne is recruiting a Claims Handler for Settlements. The role starts on-site with hybrid work after six months, offering a structured path to develop specialist skills in insurance claims.

You’ll manage claims to resolution, review documentation, liaise with customers and third parties, and make informed decisions following procedures and regulatory requirements. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, claims or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Good IT skills and accurate record-keeping.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of claims from notification to settlement.
• Review information and documentation to determine outcomes.
• Keep customers informed with a professional service.
