Job Description:

IDEX Consulting has been retained to recruit a Claims Handler/Senior Claims Handler to join a fast-growing MGA based in Nottinghamshire. If you have a passion for boats and sailing, this role may be especially appealing to you!

The role involves handling claims from start to finish, ensuring customers are kept informed and comfortable throughout the process. The company has developed its own claims system and manages claims internally through various binder agreements.

You will handle a range of personal and high-net-worth claims related to pleasure crafts, including superyachts, sailboats, dinghies, and jet skis. No two days will be the same, offering you the chance to think proactively and achieve the best outcomes for your clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing claims from inception to resolution, whether in commercial or personal lines. Candidates from claims broking or loss adjusting backgrounds will also be considered.

An attractive salary and benefits package will be offered, largely dependent on the candidate's experience.
