Job summary

Pertemps Network Group is seeking an experienced Claims Handler in Bristol on a hybrid basis. You will manage a caseload of professional indemnity claims from first notification through resolution, investigate liability, review coverages, and liaise with insurers and clients to secure favourable settlements.

We're recruiting for an experienced Claims Handler to join a specialist claims team managing professional indemnity matters on behalf of insurer clients.

You'll be responsible for handling claims from first notification through to resolution, investigating claims, reviewing coverage, liaising with stakeholders, negotiating settlements, and ensuring excellent client service throughout.
