Overview

Claims Handler for an international law firm with offices in the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. Red Recruitment is recruiting in Bristol.   • Hours: 35 hours per week, 9:30am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to claims and report to insurers where necessary (including identifying, investigating, and reporting potential issues)
  • Provide technical and efficient delivery of service
  • Assist insurers to respond appropriately to complaints and claims
  • Negotiate settlement of claims within delegated authority
  • Understand internal SLAs and KPIs to ensure adherence to standards
  • Identify trends and escalate risk information to the Head of Claims and insurers
  • Maintain data quality and integrity (completeness, accuracy)
