Robert Half is recruiting 4 General Liability Insurance Claims Adjusters on behalf of a growing insurance business.

The role will be 100% remote on a temp-to-perm basis.

The hourly rate for this role will be between £18 - £22 PH.

This role entails speaking with customers to ensure their insurance claims are handled professionally and empathetically. You will guide business insurance and liability claims from the first point of contact through to completion. You need to have the ability to investigate insurance policies and understand what is covered and what isn't within each policy.

Specific duties include:

  • Handling Liability claims from beginning to end.
  • Managing stakeholders, clients, and customers professionally and empathetically.
  • Working comfortably to deadlines and KPIs.
  • Understanding procedures to provide customers with accurate and consistent information.
  • Maintaining accurate records, ensuring high data integrity.
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Striving to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.

Applicants should have previous experience in General Liability Claims, Claim Adjusting, Loss Adjusting, or Liability Insurance, and be familiar with policies and procedures in the field.

Experience in similar roles, Loss Adjusting, or managing liability claims within the legal field is advantageous.
