Role Overview

As a Claims Handler, you will:

  1. Provide administration, coordination, and reporting on various projects.
  2. Support document control and manage bespoke systems (Power Apps / Workday).
  3. Assist with injurious affection claims, including desktop valuations, settlement calculations, and negotiations.
  4. Help with financial management tasks such as invoicing and preparing monthly reports.
  5. Manage the team's logistics, including meeting arrangements and diary management.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
  2. Highly organized with a proactive approach.
  3. Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Suite.
  4. Good numeracy and financial understanding.
  5. Keen problem solver with attention to detail.
