Horwich Farrelly is recruiting a Claims Handler for a hybrid permanent role in the Birmingham area. You will handle first notification of loss, coordinate with suppliers and investigators, and strive to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring cost efficient claims settlement.
The role requires at least 12 months’ experience in claim handling, preferably with defendant or insurer caseloads. You will need strong communication, the ability to work under pressure, and a client-focused

The Claims department plays a crucial role in our business, handling claims whilst striving for the best customer experience in the UK insurer market. A day in the life of the Claims Handler will be extremely varied, one day you could be helping a customer solve a problem. The next you could be using your amazing listening skills to ensure your customer receives the best advice.
