Auger is seeking a Claims Liaison to be based at our head office in Wallasey. You will be the frontline contact throughout the claims journey, ensuring smooth communications and empathetic customer care while enabling Claims Technicians to focus on technical work.

The role offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) with a starting salary of £24,784.50 plus an annual bonus (approx. £2,000–£2,500 pro-rata for part-time) and a 5.5% pension contribution.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer-focused support, acting as a key contact throughout the claim process.
• Ensure claims progress smoothly by managing communications, updates and expectations with a high standard of customer care.
• Support the Claims team by handling non-technical tasks, inbound enquiries and correspondence to free up Technicians.
