Qualifications

• Experience dealing with motor and property claims is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and negotiate claims settlements on behalf of clients.
• Negotiate to achieve the best settlements while maintaining good insurer relationships.
• Liaise with clients, colleagues and insurers on claims procedures and queries.
• Develop and maintain good relations with partner insurers and suppliers.
• Create and maintain accurate records and files per Claims Procedures Manual.
• Share knowledge and experience with the team.
• Attend meetings with clients, loss adjusters and insurers.
• Handle a wide range of general insurance claims including motor fleet and property.
