Join Our Dynamic Team as an On-Hire Claims Handler!

Location: Epsom, Surrey
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Mon–Fri 9 am–5:30 pm | 1 in 4 Saturdays 9 am–1 pm

What You’ll Be Doing

As anOn-Hire Claims Handler, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients through their claims journey:

  • Manage client files from start to finish during their hire period
  • Maintain regular contact with all parties involved in the claim
  • Investigate and determine liability through effective communication
  • Anticipate and resolve potential issues before they arise
  • Ensure claims progress smoothly and within set timeframes
  • Provide timely updates to all stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed performance targets

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and managing multiple tasks
  • Great time management and attention to detail

Bonus Points If You Have Experience As:
Insurance Adviser, Claims Handler, Telesales Adviser, Call Centre Agent, or similar roles.
