Job summary

An established employee benefits consultancy is seeking an experienced Pensions & Benefits Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of fully remote work with occasional office visits, or a hybrid arrangement in West Yorkshire. You will be responsible for managing a diverse client portfolio, providing expert consulting across Group Risk and Healthcare benefits, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Job description

Pensions & Benefits Recruitment Consultant

We are currently partnered with an established, well-known employee benefits consultancy that has multi-national & international presence and is looking for an experienced employee benefits professional to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing a book of SME clients consulting across both Group Risk & Healthcare benefits
  • Be the first point of contact for clients to deal with their queries and to be able to respond to those quickly
  • Proactively build relationships with existing and new clients
  • Must have prior employee benefits experience – ideally multi-disciplined in healthcare & group risk
  • Ability to maintain & build relationships with internal & external stakeholders

This role can be fully remote, with the expectation of going to an office once per month, or can be hybrid to an office in West Yorkshire.
