We’re now hiring Claims Customer Advisor to join our London Markets Express Team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business support team, who are fast paced and diverse. Training will be provided, so it’s a great role for someone looking for next steps in their career.

Your new role

You will be a support functionality to London Markets Core Claims as well as the wider business, duties include but are not limited to:


  • Undertake a range of duties to provide effective support to internal claims handling teams
  • Adhere to agreed processes and procedures to ensure accurate recording and processing of information
  • Operate an effective ‘helpline’ facility to clients to provide a high standard of client care
  • Respond to client requests in accordance with service standards
  • Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain databases and documentation including processing of new ECF messages within agreed service levels, to allow the Claims team to offer an excellent standard of service
  • Conduct a continuous review of the status of all outstanding claims
  • There is also opportunity to get involved in exciting projects due to be rolled out over the coming months
