Job summary

Northern Ireland Electricity Networks Limited is seeking a Claims Administration Manager to oversee claims processes within the electricity transmission and distribution network context. Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a role that required engagement with Customers, Internal and External Stakeholders, Legal Professionals and Insurance Providers.
• Practical understanding of the types of assets associated with electricity transmission and distribution networks.
• Proven ability to interpret technical damage assessments and/or complex financial cost breakdowns.
• Good numerical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret data effectively.
• Developed IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Essential Criteria

• Practical Understanding of the types of assets associated with electricity transmission and distribution networks
• Proven ability to interpret technical damage assessments and / or complex financial cost breakdowns.

Desirable Criteria

It would be advantageous if you had a working knowledge of the following:

• Types of assets associated with electricity transmission and distribution networks
• Tort or other claims processes.
