Job summary

NIE Networks in Northern Ireland is seeking a Claims Administration Manager on a 12-month temporary basis at the Craigavon Depot to oversee the recovery of costs from damage to the electrical network caused by external contractors, motorists or the public.

You will lead liability assessments, negotiate settlements and resolve disputes to protect the company’s financial interests, reporting to the Network Access & Response Manager.

Job description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Administration Manager, initially on a 12 month temporary basis. This role will be based at our Craigavon Depot in Carn Industrial Estate and will report into the Network Access & Response Manager.

As a Claims Administration Manager you will oversee and lead on the recovery of costs associated with damage caused to our electrical network infrastructure by external contractors, motorists or members of the public. This will involve protecting the company’s financial interests through robust liability assessment, negotiation and dispute resolution.
