Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Site Manager to lead a large cladding remediation project in Leeds. The 18‑month scheme spans three buildings and will employ up to 80 operatives.

The role focuses on QA using Fieldwire and Procore, plus logistics management, waste handling and material flow, while supervising a team of fixers on site. A strong facades background and SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS are essential.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are mandatory
• Extensive knowledge of facades and cladding required
• Experience on cladding remediation projects is essential

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations for a major cladding remediation scheme across three buildings
• Own QA processes and ensure quality using Fieldwire and Procore
