Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Plymouth is seeking a Site and QA Manager for a long-term temporary contract on an external refurbishment programme, focusing on facade installation and cladding remediation. You will support a Senior Site Manager and require a proven track record in facades with a quality-driven approach to deliver projects safely within budget and schedule.

You will oversee sub-contractor engagement, site surveys, RAMS, H&S packs, and QA documentation.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work required; Scaffold awareness/PASMA desirable
• Proven external works experience (EWI, glazing, cladding)
• Strong supervisory skills and a quality-driven approach
• Sound understanding of building control and warranty standards
• Experience in a principal contractor environment

Responsibilities

• Manage sub-contractor engagement and coordination
• Conduct health and safety inductions, RAMS reviews, and H&S packs
• Perform site inspections and QA audits
• Maintain site logs, diaries, and QA documentation
