Job summary

North20 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to take lead on a cladding remediation project. You will oversee QA using Fieldwire and Procore, manage logistics including waste, deliveries and materials, and supervise a team on site. The 18-month scheme involves three buildings and up to 80 operatives.

Applicants must hold SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS as a bare minimum, with strong facades knowledge and proven on-site leadership in large cladding programmes.

Job description

I am actively looking for a Site Manager to take lead on a cladding project.

The project is all cladding remediation.

You will be responsible for all QA using software such as Fieldwire and Procore, logistics eg waste management, deliveries and materials etc as well as overseeing a number of fixers on site. At peak will be upto 80 operatives.

This is a large scheme compromising of 3 different buildings - 18 months work.

Must have SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS as a bare minimum.

Must have excellent working knowledge of Facades.
