Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Plymouth is seeking a driven Site Manager to oversee an external refurbishment programme, including facade installation, cladding remediation and EWI works. You will support the Senior Site Manager on site, ensuring safety, quality and project delivery within time and budget.

This long-term contract role requires proven experience in facades, hands-on site leadership, and strong coordination of subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering external facade refurbishment projects.
• Strong understanding of site safety and QA documentation.
• Background in EWI, glazing, cladding and rainscreen works.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sub-contractors and manage interfaces on site.
• Lead health and safety inductions and review RAMS.
• Inspect installations and ensure QA and change control.
• Maintain site logs, diaries and documentation.
