Job Opportunity: Operations Manager / Director

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager / Operations Director with a background in working for a similar subcontractor within their field. We are also open to considering experienced Contracts Managers looking to advance their careers into a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operations between the team and commercial staff
• Achieve company policies and objectives while maintaining operational cost efficiency
• Lead client liaison and tender finalisation processes
• Manage labour, ensure productivity, and maintain quality control
• Implement safety measures and promote a safe working environment
• Lead, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations and project management
2. Expertise in project planning
3. Strong leadership skills
4. Financial management and budgeting experience
5. CSCS black card (minimum requirement)
6. Experience in façades, SFS, window installation, and curtain walling
7. Skills in contracting management and client negotiation
8. Proficiency in construction modelling
