Job summary

Gigawatt Industries Ltd is seeking a hands-on Civils/Groundworks Team Leader to head a three-person crew delivering trenching, ducting, concrete bases and reinstatement on live EV charging sites across the UK.

You will set out works from drawings, supervise safety and quality, keep daily site records and coordinate with project managers. Accommodation and travel are provided as required.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card required.
• CPCS or NPORs certification required.
• SWQR qualification needed; Cat & Genny training advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3-person civils team on EV charging and electrical infrastructure projects.
• Supervise trenching, ducting, concrete bases, kerbing and reinstatement.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and utility plans; set out works accurately.
