Ground Control is seeking a Site Supervisor in the Suffolk region to take ownership of on-site delivery for a major EV infrastructure contract. You will lead civils gangs, coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety and quality on site.

Join a nationally significant project where your leadership, practical experience and ability to deliver results are valued. 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with permanent, full-time prospects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising civils, groundworks or infrastructure works.
• CSCS certification is required.
• Strong health and safety knowledge including RAMS and permits.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Confident communication and proactive problem solving.
• Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate site teams, supervising civils gangs, operatives and subcontractors.
• Maintain high safety standards with RAMS, permits and site procedures.
• Monitor progress and quality with inspections and reporting.
• Resolve day-to-day site challenges and manage risks.
• Maintain accurate site records using Microsoft Office.
• Build strong working relationships with the Project Manager and stakeholders.
