Job summary

Gigawatt Industries is seeking a hands-on Civils / Groundworks Skilled Labourer to support crews across nationwide EV charging projects. You will trench, lay ducts, assist with foundations, and reinstate surfaces under supervision, with a clear path to progression as Gigawatt grows.

The role requires a CSCS card and a full UK driving licence, with accommodation provided when working away and weekly pay. Overtime opportunities are available, and a vehicle is provided for the team.

Demand is growing rapidly, so we’re expanding our teams and looking for talented, driven people who want to be part of something exciting.## The roleThis is a hands-on, skilled role supporting our civils teams: trenching and excavation for HV/LV cable routes, installing ducts and drawpits, assisting with foundation works and reinstating surfaces, all to DNO/IDNO specifications.You’ll work under supervision alongside experienced groundworkers and machine operators, developing your skills with a view to progressing into higher roles as Gigawatt grows.The role involves UK-wide work, so you must be based within 45 minutes of Doncaster and comfortable working away from home Monday to Friday.
