3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a CSA Supervisor - Civils for a Blyth-based role on a 4-year civils programme. You will supervise civil works, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure QA/QC and HSE compliance, and maintain progress against the master schedule.

The successful candidate will join a civils team on a DC project, leading daily activities, toolbox talks, and handover activities while driving safe, efficient site performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising civils site activities on large scale projects.
• Strong HSE knowledge with safe systems of work.
• Ability to lead operatives and subcontractors on site.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate daily CSA site activities, including civil works, concrete, foundations, and finishes.
• Lead and manage site operatives and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and discipline.
• Ensure works follow drawings, method statements, specs, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain programme targets.
• Maintain strong site presence with hands-on guidance and problem solving.
• Enforce HSE requirements and safe systems of work at all times.
• Conduct toolbox talks, daily briefings and site inductions as required.
• Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC, and other discipline supervisors for seamless integration.
• Carry out site inspections and quality checks; rectify defects promptly.
• Ensure materials, plant, and equipment are available and used efficiently.
• Assist with inspections, surveys, and handover activities including snagging and close-out.
• Maintain accurate site records: daily reports, progress updates, safety documentation.
• Support Project Manager and Construction Manager with planning, sequencing, and reporting CSA activities.
