Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Civils Lead to join a leading data centre delivery team on a major Blyth, Northumberland project. The role leads civils and structural works from enabling through to handover, coordinating CSA interfaces with MEP and commissioning teams and delivering on time and to budget.

You will manage CSA engineers, supervisors and subcontractors on site, plan groundworks and concrete/steel packages, and ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout the

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' CSA experience on large-scale projects.
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong background with a main contractor.
• Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of civil, structural and architectural (CSA) works on site.
• Manage CSA engineers, supervisors and subcontractors on site.
• Plan and coordinate groundworks, foundations, drainage, concrete and steel packages.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, to specification, on programme and on budget.
• Coordinate CSA interfaces with MEP and commissioning teams.
• Review method statements, temporary works and quality documentation.
• Report progress and risks to senior project leadership.
