3D Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Civils Lead for a major data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. The role leads civil, structural and architectural works from enabling through handover, overseeing CSA engineers and subcontractors on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of civil, structural and architectural works on site.
• Manage CSA engineers, supervisors and subcontractors on site.
• Plan and coordinate groundworks, foundations, drainage, concrete and steel packages.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, to specification, on programme and on budget.
• Coordinate CSA interfaces with MEP and commissioning teams.
• Review method statements, temporary works and quality documentation.
• Report progress and risks to senior project leadership.
