Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee the day-to-day commercial administration of civils elements on a major construction project in the Highlands. Based in Alness, you will work with client and subcontractor teams to manage contracts, costs, payments, and commercial risk, ensuring robust reporting and control across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying, Business or a related commercial discipline.
• Experience in quantity surveying or commercial role.
• Experience with NEC3 contracts.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts, costs, payments, and commercial risk.
• Prepare and manage applications for payment for clients and subcontractors.
• Support forecasting, CVR, and Earned Value reporting.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and project documentation.
• Contribute to Cost to Complete forecasts and budget reporting.
• Assist in subcontractor negotiations and contract management.
