Job summary

Ferrovial Construction has an opportunity for a Civils Sub Agent to drive site-based delivery at Heathrow Airport. You will work under the Agent to ensure cost control, programmes and quality standards are met across complex civil works.

You will mentor site engineers, manage subcontractors and labour resources, and maintain robust site records while promoting Ferrovial values and safe, efficient execution at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven experience applying commercial and contractual knowledge on site.
• Experience managing costs and risks in civil projects.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow health, safety, quality and environmental standards with a strong example.
• Support cost management and programme preparation.
• Mentor site engineers to ensure accurate project records.
• Coordinate with commercial teams on measurement and payments.
• Allocate labour, plant, materials and temporary works design with the Agent.
• Flag commercial or contractual risks to the Agent.
