Job summary

Ferrovial Construction at Heathrow Airport seeks an MEP Sub Agent to support cost management, programme preparation and on-site supervision of MEP works. You will mentor site engineers and coordinate with commercial teams to ensure accurate measurements and timely payments.

With a CSCS card and solid MEP knowledge, you will liaise with clients and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on schedule and to high quality standards, contributing to Heathrow’s critical infra upgrades.

Qualifications

• Developing commercial and contractual knowledge with practical application.
• Experience in a cost-conscious environment.
• Good people management experience.
• Experience in managing subcontractors.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
• Technical knowledge of MEP engineering with on-site experience as MEP Section Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Support the MEP Agent with cost management and programme preparation.
• Mentor site engineers and maintain project records.
• Coordinate with commercial teams on measurement and payments.
• Allocate labour, plant, materials and temporary works.
• Inform the MEP Agent of any potential risks.
• Manage material orders and supplier relationships.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Deliver daily briefings and keep a site diary.
