Job summary

Ferrovial Construction at Heathrow Airport is seeking an MEP Sub Agent to join a high-profile infrastructure program. You will support cost management, mentor site engineers and coordinate with commercial teams to ensure timely measurements, payments and safe delivery of works.

This role requires on-site leadership, strong communication, and experience with MEP engineering and subcontractor management. A CSCS card and solid track record on complex civil projects are highly valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and safety standards on site.
• Support the MEP Agent with cost management and programme prep.
• Mentor site engineers and maintain project records.
• Coordinate with commercial teams on measurements and payments.
• Allocate labour, plant, materials and temporary works.
• Inform the MEP Agent of potential commercial or contractual risks.
• Manage material orders and supplier relationships.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure services meet company standards.
• Promote Ferrovial values in interactions.
• Deliver daily activity briefings and maintain a site diary.
