Job summary

Ferrovial Construction is seeking an MEP Agent to join the Heathrow Airport project. You will manage site activities, ensure safety and quality, and work with procurement to secure resources.

The role requires leadership, commercial awareness, and strong MEP engineering knowledge. You will report to Ferrovial Construction and contribute to delivering complex infrastructure with high standards of safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site management within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Applied commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP engineering.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Valid CSCS card is needed.

Responsibilities

• Site Management
• Ensure the contract achieves strong commercial performance
• Take ownership of the safe and successful delivery of the project
• Deliver works safely and without environmental incidents
• Deliver works to the required quality standards, free from defects
• Develop and implement project and management plans
• Prepare procurement schedules with resources to deliver works
• Act as a point of contact for the client and maintain relationships
• Maintain cost control while maximizing project value
• Maintain site diaries and records
• Identify value engineering opportunities to reduce costs
• Produce monthly reports for Client and stakeholders
• Chair weekly site meetings in line with procedures
