Job summary

Babcock International Group invites applications for its Civil and Structural Engineering Graduate Programme. Based in Bristol or Warrington, the two-year rotation develops experience across structural assessments, design documentation, compliance, and site support while aiming for Chartered status.

You’ll receive mentorship, expert-led masterclasses, and guidance toward professional registration. Upon completion, a permanent role within our Engineering Function awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural related field required or on track to achieve.
• Security clearance BPSS/SC may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design, construct and maintain civil and structural infrastructure on high-profile projects.
• Contribute to naval and nuclear infrastructure projects across UK operations.
• Rotate through teams to gain broad civil/structural engineering experience.
• Receive structured support, mentorship and graduate development masterclasses.

Education

BEng or MEng in Civil/Coastal/Structural Engineering

BEng or MEng with Civil/Structural focus

Degrees in Materials Science and Metallurgy
