Job summary

Babcock International Group invites graduates to join its Civil and Structural Engineering Graduate Programme, starting September 2027. You will rotate through placements across civil and structural disciplines, developing design, assessment and site-operational skills within Cavendish Nuclear.

The programme supports professional registration toward Chartered Engineer status. You will gain experience on major UK infrastructure and defence projects, with a starting salary of £35,000 and

Qualifications

Must have or be on track to achieve a BEng or MEng in Civil/Coastal/Structural Engineering, or a related Civil Engineering degree.
Security clearance requirements include BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance as per GOV.UK guidance.
UK nationality/residency considerations may apply to programme eligibility.

Responsibilities

Rotate through placements to gain broad civil and structural engineering experience.
Contribute to design documentation, assessments and compliance processes.
Gain operational site exposure and develop professional networks across locations.
