Job summary
WSP is expanding its Civil & Structural Engineering team in the UK & Ireland, delivering major Energy Transmission & Distribution projects. You will contribute to feasibility, concept development through to detailed design and construction support within multidisciplinary teams.
Across experience levels, roles include delivering civil/structural design, leading design packages, and mentoring graduates, with opportunities for leadership and capability growth in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Strong understanding of civil and/or structural engineering principles.
- Experience in Energy, Power, Utilities or Infrastructure sectors.
- Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or actively progressing towards chartership.
- Experience delivering complex infrastructure or energy projects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver civil and structural design services for major Energy T&D projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design activities.
- Produce technical reports, calculations, specifications and drawings.
- Mentor graduate engineers and develop teams.
- Support business development and tender submissions.
