Job summary

Forrest Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting a Site Contract Administrator for a five-month contract based in Beverley. The role supports site managers and engineers on an on-site civil/ground-working project.

You will manage administrative duties for the depot, book deliveries, upload training certs, RAMS and CAD drawings, and circulate timesheets to head office for approval. The position offers £28,000–£30,000 pro rata for the contract.

Responsibilities

• Support site managers and engineers with all administrative duties for the depot whilst the civil/ground-working project runs.
• Book deliveries into site, upload training certification, training and any additional documentation onto the system.
• Upload CAD drawings and RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statement) documents for project managers, work managers and engineers.
• Help with other administrative tasks such as sending timesheets from sites to head office for approval.
