Job summary

PSR Solutions are recruiting a Sales Coordinator to join their team near Stafford in a permanent role. You will manage sales enquiries, leads, and opportunities in HubSpot, keep the CRM up to date, and support from enquiry to quotation.

You will coordinate tender submissions, follow up quotations with the estimating team, nurture client relationships, and identify new sales opportunities through procurement portals and industry platforms.

Qualifications

• Relevant Construction industry experience.
• Experience working within a Sales Coordinator / Admin role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge and experience using CRMs.
• Knowledge of procurement and tender procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all sales enquiries, leads, prospects and opportunities within HubSpot.
• Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are categorised and progressed.
• Produce and review pipeline reports tracking enquiry status, quotation progress and conversion rates.
• Coordinate and prepare tender submissions, PQQs and other pre-tender documentation.
• Follow up quotations issued by the estimating team to maximise conversions.
• Liaise with clients and estimating team to resolve queries or provide revised pricing.
• Record follow-up activity in HubSpot and report trends relating to opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target markets.
• Monitor procurement portals (FTS, Contracts Finder) to identify opportunities.
• Research and engage prospective clients to generate new enquiries and quotes.
• Build client relationships and maintain a steady pipeline of new opportunities.
• Identify potential projects through industry platforms and procurement sites.
• Contact dormant clients to re-establish relationships and uncover opportunities.
• Act as first point of contact for incoming sales queries.
• Provide regular updates to management on opportunities and quotations outcomes.
