Civil Litigation Solicitor
Location:Cardiff & Newport, South Wales

About the Role
TSR Legal are currently supporting a well-regarded multi-service law firm with offices in Cardiff and Newport, who are looking to appoint a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their established Litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor (NQ+) or Legal Executive to gain broad exposure across multiple areas of contentious work in a supportive environment.

As a key part of the Litigation Department, you will manage a varied caseload spanning:

• Personal injury claims
• Probate and inheritance disputes
• Property and boundary litigation
• Contractual and consumer disputes
• Debt recovery and enforcement matters

This role offers an excellent chance to build well-rounded litigation expertise, while being supported by senior lawyers who are passionate about professional development.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ to 4years PQE considered)
• Demonstrate confidence managing a range of litigation files with appropriate supervision
• Be IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Office and Teams
• Have a professional, approachable telephone manner and strong client communication skills
• Be a team player with a proactive and organised approach to your work
