Job description

HCB Widdows Mason is seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Solicitor to join our dynamic property team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial property transactions and provide expert legal advice to our clients in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on various aspects of commercial property law, including leases, sales, acquisitions, and development agreements
• Managing a busy caseload and ensuring all matters are handled accurately and efficiently
• Conducting legal research and due diligence to support clients in their transactions
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders
• Providing guidance on compliance with regulations and legislation affecting commercial property
• Supporting the team with business development initiatives and client networking opportunities
• Maintaining accurate records and managing case management systems
  
  
  

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with at NQ - 2years PQE however we are more than happy to speak with someone with more experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial property transactions and related legal requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents
• Experience in developing client relationships and business development activities is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
