Salary:

Up to £50,000 (DOE)

About the Role

A new opportunity has arisen for a Civil Litigation Solicitor with 0-4 years PQE to join a well-established and progressive legal team in Cardiff. This role offers the chance to work on a varied civil litigation caseload with a strong focus on commercial matters. You will be working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment, with scope to grow and develop your skills.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, debt recovery, and professional negligence claims.

Advising clients ranging from individuals to SMEs on complex commercial issues.

Drafting and reviewing legal documentation such as pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements.

Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

Supporting wider business development and contributing to the teams continued success.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Be a qualified Solicitor with 0-4 years PQE in civil litigation, ideally with exposure to commercial disputes.

Demonstrate excellent communication, client care, and analytical skills.

Have the ability to handle your own caseload with appropriate supervision.

Show a commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service and team contribution.
