Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate (NQ-6 PQE) - Bristol

We are working closely with an international law firm seeking a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate NQ-6 PQE to join their market leading team.

About the Firm:

This outfit are in a league of their own in South West, and have been consistent in attracting and securing top Lawyers out of London; this includes recently acquiring Partners from Magic & Silver Circle, through to leading Global & City firms. The Bristol office is a core part of the firm, allowing Associates to work closely with leading Partners and be exposed to market leading work.

This global firm has attracted top Associates out of London, and they are open to relocators to Bristol.

They offer a high level of flexibility and an adult working environment – generally an expectation of 50% working from home/the office.

About the Role:

This highly regarded Real Estate team handle a diverse range of transactions, including investment, development, and asset management work – this may involve student accommodation, hotels and leisure, and the PRS market.

You will have the opportunity to work on £multi-million-pound deals and represent some of the UK’s largest investors. Their Bristol office work in conjunction with the London team, ensuring exposure to work of the highest quality.

As a growing team, they are looking to bolster the structure below the Partners -this growth presents very strong progression opportunities.

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Trained in a reputable real estate team.
• England & Wales (or common law jurisdiction) qualified Solicitor NQ-6 PQE
• Ambitious and passionate about the real estate sector.
