Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Newport & Surrounding Areas, South Wales
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement:Hybrid

About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ+) to join a well-established and growing team in Newport. This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of commercial property matters within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development projects.
• Advising clients on property investment, financing, and asset management.
• Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Assisting with business development initiatives and contributing to the firm’s ongoing success.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor (NQ-4PQE) with experience in commercial property law.
• Have strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
• Be able to work proactively and manage your own caseload.
• Show a commercial mindset and willingness to develop within the firm.
