Mott MacDonald Bentley is offering a 12-month placement for an undergraduate Civil Engineering student, starting Summer 2027. You will work across design and construction teams, gaining exposure to real projects and the client completion process.

Travel across the Severn Trent Water region is required, with mentorship and development opportunities throughout. The role provides practical experience, project exposure, and potential for future opportunities, including support toward final-year

Qualifications

• Must be studying a full-time undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering.
• Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driving license and access to a car.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel to sites in the regional operation area.
