Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking graduates to join our Civil teams in 2027 on a two-year Graduate Development Programme. You’ll contribute to Bridges, Pavements, Aviation, Rail Civil Infrastructure, Maritime and Asset Management projects across the UK&I, gaining hands‑on experience through design work, site visits and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll be supported with mentoring, structured learning and Chartered development as you start your career with us.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (for Bridges roles, master’s required).
• Interest in Civil/Structural Engineering, Pavement, Airfield, Aviation or Airport Planning.

Responsibilities

• Join one of our Civil teams and contribute to projects across Bridges, Maritime, Aviation, Rail Civil Infrastructure, Pavements and Asset Management.
• Gain hands-on experience through design work, technical analysis, site visits and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and develop skills with increasing responsibility.
