Job summary

WSP is hiring graduates for its Civil teams in 2027, offering a two-year Graduate Development Programme to build skills, experience and a professional network. You will work on diverse projects across Bridges, Maritime, Aviation, Rail Civil Infrastructure, Pavements and Asset Management, gaining hands-on design work, analysis, site visits and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Please note, master’s degrees accepted for Bridges opportunities; check degree backgrounds for your role.

Responsibilities

• Join our Civil teams across Bridges, Maritime, Aviation, Rail Civil Infrastructure, Pavements and Asset Management.
• Gain hands‑on experience through design work, technical analysis, site visits and stakeholder engagement, while taking on increasing responsibility.
