Job summary

WSP is recruiting graduates for its Civil teams in 2027. You will join a two-year Graduate Development Programme, gaining hands-on project experience across Bridges, Pavements, Aviation, Rail Civil Infrastructure, and Asset Management.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, learn from experienced engineers, and develop skills through design work, site visits, and stakeholder engagement. Start dates are April or September 2027.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Note: master’s degrees accepted only for Bridges opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Graduate Development Programme designed to build skills, experience and network.
• Work on Civil projects across Bridges, Maritime, Aviation, Rail Civil Infrastructure, Pavements and Asset Management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and gain hands-on project experience.
