WSP invites graduates to join our Civil teams in 2027, delivering and managing infrastructure across Bridges, Pavements, Aviation, Rail and Asset Management. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on real-world projects, gaining hands-on design, analysis, site visits and stakeholder engagement, while taking increasing responsibility as you grow.

Qualifications

• 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Bridges opportunities require a master’s degree.
• Start date: April or September 2027.
• Interest in Civil and Structural Engineering, Pavement, Airfield, Aviation or Airport Planning.
• Curious, collaborative and motivated to solve problems shaping the built environment.
