BEAR Scotland Limited is seeking a Roads Engineer to support the design and delivery of trunk road improvement schemes across the Northwest network, with a focus on the Perth region in Scotland. The role involves investigation, design, and collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Hybrid working pattern (office and remote) plus a Full-Time / Permanent contract, offering opportunities to work on projects from £50k to £1M and contribute to critical infrastructure across

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
• Knowledge of DMRB.
• Experience using AutoCAD and Civils 3D.
• Understanding of construction and site delivery.

Responsibilities

• Undertake engineering investigations and develop design solutions.
• Prepare reports, drawings, specifications and BoQs.
• Support the delivery of trunk road improvement schemes.
• Assist with procurement and tender processes.
• Ensure compliance with DMRB and CDM Regulations.
