The Role (Site-Based):

Ferrovial Construction seeks Graduate Engineers to assist with or manage daily activities on major UK infrastructure projects. The 3-year graduate development programme aims to enhance personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended learning approach. You will work under the supervision of Section/Project Managers and collaborate with the site team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordinating team activities to ensure project completion on budget and schedule, following approved construction processes.
  • Work with procurement to ensure financial compliance.
  • Help ensure the project meets health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Support the Project Manager in team management, resource planning, performance management, and motivation.
  • Embrace Ferrovial's vision and values, taking ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Follow safety regulations on site and promote compliance among staff.
Skills and Competence:

  • Strong written and oral English skills
  • A degree or master's in engineering (all disciplines considered)
