The role (site-based)

Ferrovial Construction seeks Graduate Engineers to assist with, or be responsible for, day-to-day activities on major UK infrastructure projects. Our 3-year graduate development programme aims to develop personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended approach. You will work under the supervision of Section/Project Managers and collaborate with the site team.

Key Responsibilities:

You may be assigned a specific project or manage a small package from start to finish. You will contribute to health and safety compliance and uphold quality standards on our projects.

Key Accountabilities
  • Assist in coordinating team activities to ensure project completion on budget and on time, following construction processes.
  • Work with procurement to ensure financial compliance.
  • Help ensure project adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Support the Project Manager in team management, resource planning, performance management, and motivation.
  • Promote Ferrovial Construction UK’s vision and values, taking ownership of your work.
  • Follow safety regulations on site and ensure team compliance.
Skills and Competence
